Where do orders ship from?
All orders are dispatched directly from our locations in Ghana or Togo, depending on the maker's location. Our textiles are sourced directly from family weavers in the region.
How will I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also track your order from the "Find My Order" page on our website.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please ensure you provide a full residential or business address at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed?
International deliveries can occasionally be held in customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at orders@ewekente.com and we will investigate promptly.
Are there import duties or taxes?
